Note that you will have to use the Speech Dialler

menu to record the Home Message.

Call Mode

To choose the call mode for social care reporting select

Reporting, Social Care, Call Mode. The modes available are:

Disabled.

The control unit does not report any social care

alarms.

Single.

The control unit reports to the first telephone number

in the Phone Book, using a single account number

(see “Account Numbers” on page 64).

Operation: The control unit dials the number and

attempts to connect with the ARC. If the call fails, the

control unit ends the call and then re-attempts to

connect up to a maximum of 15 times.
